Smashing artiste of the week, Smark-Dee releases two hot singles

Nigeria's fast rising star Smark-dee whose real name is Charles Okpataku is a music artist and a graduate of Quantity Surveying from the Federal University Of Technology Minna. He can’t be described with few words based on the fact that he is a very versatile act. The Edo state born musician started music from a very tender age in Kaduna state where he was part of a music dance group back then in church and in year 2000 he moved to lokoja, Kogi State where he hooked up with a few friends to form the group “amour boys”. They were a music group to reckon with back then winning several local awards. Charles being the most influential man in the group parted with the group in 2005. While in school he meet with “el-kay” they both formed the group Da-Fuze , with hits like 'aye ole', 'hold something' and 'own your own'. They made waves in campus. But he had to leave music for a while to focus more on school, after school he hooked up with kogi born Abuja based producer “flamez” who is known for many popular hits, the outcome is Smark-dee's current hit singles ”get down and know me”. The two singles are currently making waves on radio fm across the country. He is currently signed to MEGA HITZ RECORDS.
